About HRP Wealth & our role

HRP Wealth acts as an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-342284) and IRDA authorised insurance consultant, partnering with NJ Wealth for execution and reporting. We help you design and implement a goal-based investment and protection plan using mutual funds, NPS, and insurance. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and do not offer stock tips or intraday trading calls.

All illustrations and content on this website are for education only. Actual scheme selection and portfolio design are done only after a one-to-one discussion where we understand your goals, income, expenses, time horizon, risk profile, and existing holdings. Until that discussion happens, nothing on the site should be treated as personalised advice.

For mutual funds and many insurance products, we are compensated via commissions from AMCs/insurers as per industry norms. We generally do not charge a separate advisory fee unless clearly agreed in writing for a specific engagement. You can refer to our 'Disclosures & How We Work' page for more detail on our role and compensation.

SIPs & Transactions

Starting SIPs, changing amounts & redemptions

If you are an existing NJ E-Wealth client, most SIP registrations and changes can be done directly from your NJ portal or app. If you prefer, you can also message us on WhatsApp or call us with your requirement—such as goal, amount, and tenure—and we will share the appropriate links and documentation steps.

Redemptions and switches are usually placed through your NJ E-Wealth login or via our team on recorded instructions. Before you redeem, we recommend speaking with us to understand tax impact, exit loads, and whether a switch or STP might be more appropriate based on your goal and market conditions.

A single missed SIP does not automatically cancel your investment. In most cases, you can simply ensure sufficient balance for the next debit date. If multiple SIPs are getting bounced, please reach out so we can check the mandate status and also revisit your cashflow plan to ensure the SIP amount is comfortable.

KYC & Accounts

Onboarding, NJ E-Wealth & NRIs

For most mutual fund and NJ E-Wealth account setups, we typically require PAN, Aadhaar, a cancelled cheque or bank proof, and a recent photograph. Exact requirements can vary by product and whether your KYC is already registered. Share your basic details with us and we will send a simple checklist and links tailored to your case.

NJ E-Wealth is the online platform we use for execution, reporting and servicing. New clients get an NJ E-Wealth MF account as part of onboarding. Existing NJ clients can continue using their current login. From one place, you can view portfolio, statements, SIPs, redemptions and NPS (where applicable).

Yes, we serve NRIs and global Indians for India-focused portfolios, subject to applicable regulations and AMC-specific rules. The documentation and bank account requirements differ from resident investors. Please contact us so we can first understand your country of residence, existing NRE/NRO setup and then outline the exact process.

Calculators & planning

Using our calculators & getting reports

Our SIP, SWP, lumpsum, goal and retirement calculators are educational tools. They use assumptions such as constant return and inflation which never hold perfectly in real life. Treat them as a starting point to understand ballpark numbers, and then schedule a discussion with us before making or changing any significant investments.

Calculators usually assume a constant annual return, while actual funds experience daily market volatility, changes in expense ratios, and different start dates. They also ignore taxes, exit loads and product-specific limits. That’s why we always pair calculators with fund-specific discussions before finalising an investment plan.

Yes. On our goal and retirement calculators you can submit your details to request an email report. We will use your inputs to generate an easy-to-read summary and then follow up with you to refine assumptions, map suitable product categories and agree the next steps together.

Service & Support

Response times, channels & meetings

For most WhatsApp messages, emails and contact form submissions, we aim to respond within one business day, and often much faster for simple service requests. For more detailed planning queries, we may schedule a call so we can address everything properly in one go.

For urgent transactional matters (such as time-sensitive redemptions, banking changes or service issues), calling or sending a WhatsApp message to our main mobile number is usually fastest. For non-urgent planning discussions, you can use the contact form or email and we will schedule a convenient slot.

We work with families across Ahmedabad and Gujarat through a mix of phone, video and WhatsApp. In-person meetings at our New Ranip, Ahmedabad office are available strictly by prior appointment. Many NRIs and outstation clients prefer fully online interactions, which we are happy to support.
