Our Regulatory Role

HRP Wealth currently operates as an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-342284) and IRDA authorized insurance consultant. We are not registered as a SEBI Investment Adviser (RIA) at present.

Our primary role is to help you understand products, map them to your goals and risk profile, and execute transactions through regulated platforms such as NJ E-Wealth.

How We Are Compensated

  • • We may receive commissions and trail income from AMCs and insurers on products you choose to invest in through us.
  • • We do not charge any separate advisory fee unless explicitly agreed with you in writing.
  • • Wherever possible, we explain different options, costs, and trade-offs so you can make an informed choice.

What We Do

  • • Understand your goals, cashflows, time horizon, and family responsibilities.
  • • Help you assess your risk profile and capacity to take risk.
  • • Explain mutual funds, SIP/SWP/STP, insurance, NPS and other products in simple, practical language.
  • • Suggest suitable categories / broad allocations aligned to your profile and goals.
  • • Execute and track your investments through regulated platforms (such as NJ E-Wealth) and support with documentation.
  • • Provide periodic reviews, portfolio discussions, and help you stay disciplined through market cycles.

What We Don't Do

  • • We do not offer intraday trading tips, stock tips, or guaranteed-return schemes.
  • • We do not promise or assure any fixed rate of return in mutual funds or market-linked products.
  • • We do not handle your internet banking, OTPs, user IDs, or passwords and will never ask for them.
  • • We do not collect cash for investments; all investments are executed only through official banking channels.
  • • We do not provide tax or legal opinions; we work together with your CA wherever required.

We understand your income, expenses, existing assets, liabilities, and comfort with risk.

We map your goals to suitable product categories and broad allocations (SIP, SWP, STP, lumpsum, protection).

Step 3

Execute

We implement the plan through NJ E-Wealth and other regulated platforms, ensuring proper documentation.

Step 4

Review

We conduct periodic reviews, rebalancing where needed and adjusting to life events or goal changes.
